playing with pastels

Hi guys!

Yesterday I told you about my mini photoshooting for my online shop The Little Owl Vintage and showed you the romper, today I have some photos of this cute dress for you. Just like the romper, the dress is a lovely piece for some last sunny days before summer ends but it's also another cool transition piece for fall. As you can see my goal was again to style it a bit more autumny to make it more appealing for the visitors of my shop ;)

dress: the little owl vintage "pastel pleasure" dress, jacket + belt: h&m, tights: accessorize, shoes: fleamarket

Despite the pastel colours the pattern is quite loud so I think it goes best with plain-coloured pieces. To pick up the blue tinted tones of the dress I chose the purple tights and simple black shoes and jacket to build a solid frame. The studded belt gives it a bit of punkrock ;)

I could also imagine a romantic look when you add some more pastel colours like light pink or light turquoise or simply white to the dress.

I hope you liked this and that I'll be able to show you more outfits again next week. I think I'll have some new inspiration after one week spent in pyjama pants ;)

Have a wonderful weekend!
