Hi guys!
I had a pretty relaxed weekend and didn't wear anything special. Simple jeans-and-t-shirt looks were my Saturday and Sunday uniforms to roam around the fleamarkets and hunt new treasures for
my shop The Little Owl Vintage.
Yesterday we cared about lots of uninteresting stuff like silicon to seal the kitchen sink and in the evening we watched the Grand Prix Eurovision de la Chanson (although I'm German, I can't believe Lena has won with this annoying faked wannabe British accent). Today my Mum came around with some cake and we had a nice little coffee klatsch.
Anyway, I also had time to gather some new online finds for you (and me, haha). I stumbled upon some lovely things:
The " Vintage Hunter Green Wool Hat with Ostrich Feathers" from VintageModernDesign, God I wish I had a real opportunity to wear a hat like this one. Or I wish I had the guts to wear it as a normal everyday accessory...
The "60s Rockabilly Sunshine Yellow Dress" from Vintage Urban Renewal.
Isn't this absolutely adorable? Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland (well, except for the colour, haha). Oh, if only the shipping from the USA to Europe wasn't that expensive, sigh. Can someone please buy this cutie?
This lovely "Claudette Headband" from VintagePoppy.
I wish I knew how to wear headbands...sometimes I believe I have a misshapen head because all of my headbands start to wander to the back of my head 5 minutes after putting them on...
Another awesome dress! The "Fairground Blushing Brilliance Dress" from Bitching and Junkfood. I fell in love with it at first sight! Now I only need the right legs to wear it, haha...well, and the money to buy it,too. Oh it's so pretty!
Look at this little treasure! The "Vintage Kelly Green Radio" from VintageGoods2.
Imagine a lovely summerday, a picnic basket filled with yummy sandwiches and lemonade, a blanket on a wonderfully smelling meadow and then this cute green radio playing summer songs! Aw, that would be perfect...
Aren't these "Geoffrey Beene shorts" from VintagePhilosophy perfectly cute?
Yes, they are :)
I'm a sucker for quirky deco items, so I'd love to own this "Primitive Old Tin Standup Rabbit" from Vintage Warehouse. It reminds me of the illustrations of Peter Rabbit, I think its style is similar.
Well, that's what I found. I'm always so disappointed that all the wonderful vintage shops are located in the US, so that the shipping to Europe would cost me a little fortune. Anyone knows some good European vintage online shops? Please?? :)
Have a great day! And don't forget about my giveaway!
